2026 starts with a bang
Nobbe Racing hit the track Saturday night at Florence Speedway for the Spring 50 with the Northern Allstars Late Model Series. With a strong field of 35 cars, the team came out fast—posting 3rd quickest overall in hot laps.
We followed that up with a solid qualifying effort, placing 5th in our group and earning a 3rd-place starting spot in Heat 1. After battling up to 2nd at one point, we ultimately finished 3rd in the heat. Unfortunately, a mechanical issue under the hood coming to the checkered flag cut our night short.
A huge thank you to Rickels Racing for giving us the opportunity to turn a few laps in the feature and secure our start money—greatly appreciated.
We’ll take this upcoming weekend off to regroup and make sure everything is in place before getting back after it. We’re looking forward to coming back stronger.
